Product Development
We start with your product, target customer and budget, then improve the idea and turn it into drawings then 3D-printed prototypes and samples. We also have in-house UV logo printing, a full-time photographer and 20+ packaging options.
Quality solution
We check the brief, target price, quality level and factory capability, then compare at least 10 suppliers using real photos and video from their production line. You get one clear quote, everything included.
One-Stop Fulfilment
Done-for-you packing, inspection, tracking, complaint handling and storage. Free for as long as your stock sits. You only pay shipping, at key-account rates compared across carriers per shipment, and packaging material.
Overseas 3PL
Ship from 20+ centres in 10+ countries, near your customer instead of from China. A picking error on our side gets a free resend.
Quality starts before production.
First, find the right way to make it. Then, find the right factory. We define the key product requirements and approve a reference sample before production. From there, three stages of checks help maintain that standard through to delivery.
Step 01
Before the factory ships
Photo and video checks against the approved sample, while corrections can still be made before shipment.
Step 02
On arrival at our warehouse
Receiving checks before stock is stored, followed by random inspections while it remains in our warehouse.
Step 03
Before each parcel leaves
The product, quantity and packaging are checked before each order is dispatched.

Topfulfil was founded in 2015, built on years in foreign trade spent watching the same problems repeat: slow replies, inflexible factories, systems built for containers rather than for brands. In 2020 we opened our first 300m² warehouse and moved from selling to serving brands directly, and one of those first European clients is still with us today.
Today the team covers product development, sourcing, quality control, logistics and customer support from a 1,800m³ fulfilment centre in Ningbo, run with our warehouse partner. We grew by keeping clients, not by chasing volume.

The questions brands ask us first.
Are you a 3PL or a sourcing agent?+
Both, and the point is that they're the same team. We develop and source the product, control its quality at the factory, then store and ship it. Most brands buy from one company and ship with another, which is exactly where accountability disappears.
Do I have to use your fulfilment?+
No. Plenty of clients use us for sourcing only and handle shipping themselves. You get the factory vetting, the cost breakdown and the production monitoring regardless.
What does quality control actually cost?+
Nothing on China fulfilment. Larger orders include a free third-party inspection with a report; smaller orders get bulk-sample photo or video checks before shipment, random checks on arrival and weekly stock checks.
Can you do small test runs?+
Yes — there's no minimum order to talk, and we can quote low-MOQ runs for testing before you commit to full production. Tell us your target quantity and we'll tell you what's realistic.
Who owns the design?+
You do. Our legal team handles NDAs before you share drawings, and applies for patents and trademarks on your behalf where relevant.
Do you work with dropshippers?+
Not usually. We work best with brands who want to own product quality and build repeat customers — if you're testing single-item drop-ship listings with no brand behind them, we're probably not the right fit, and we'd rather say so now.
